How to get your kid interested in his breakfast

….put it in the dog bowl

Caught!!!

Caught!!!

Now before anyone calls child services on me, no I don’t feed my kid from a dog bowl. Isaac (like most kids his age I assume) is DONE (read screaming/fussing)  with his meal when he’s had enough and wants out of his chair NOW. So I usually take off the tray and set it on the table, wipe his face (still screaming) and hands (yep still screaming) and set him on the floor while I clean up (the world is suddenly okay and even smiley).  The morning this was taken I scraped what was left of  his breakfast into Bailey’s bowl and walked over to the sink to wipe his tray. When I turned around Isaac had done his patented belly flop/side lean over to the dog dish to inspect. Don’t worry he didn’t eat any, but I can see it’s going to be fun when he actually starts to crawl.
